Technical Specifications


  • Ampelographic Composition: 100% Malvasia of Candia purely hand-picked in cassettes.
  • Vineyard location: Piacenza hills.
  • Soil: clayey, silty.
  • Age of plants: 30/40 years.
  • Vine growing and pruning systems: Guyot.
  • Production technology: the whole grapes are gently pressed immediately after harvest. Then there is a slow fermentation at controlled temperature. Foam extraction and fermentation in autoclave with a controlled temperature, charmat method.
  • Organoleptic characteristics: The wine comes with a pale yellow, bright and vivid color. Its fragrance is aromatic and distinctive with a slight hint of apple and white fruit; the taste is dry and the perlage is ending and persistent.
  • Serving Suggestions: great as an aperitif wine, but it is combined very well with delicious risotto and white meats and also with fresh cheeses.
  • Serving Temperature : 8°-10° C.
  • Alcoholic gradient: 12 % vol.
  • Bottle: Borgognotta 0,75 lt.
