  • Ampelographic Composition: from native white grapes hand-picked in cassettes.

  • Production technology: the whole grapes are gently pressed immediately after harvest. The fermentation occurs directly in the bottle. The foam is rich and persistent with well carbonized carbon dioxide in the structure that gives flavor and a slight acidulous.
  • Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow color, fruity aromatic aroma recalling roses and peaches with final closure of a slight wild sage.
  • Serving Suggestions: Ideal as an aperitif, with appetizers in general, even with fish and with the starters.
  • Serving Temperature 8°-10° C.
  • Alcoholic gradient: 12 % vol.
